1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SMMDecent.co, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies. By registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.
2. Service Overview
SMMDecent.co provides digital marketing and social media promotion services designed to support the visibility and reach of online content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, engagement levels, or platform performance, as results depend on multiple external factors including content quality, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
3. Platform Compliance
Users agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and community guidelines of third-party platforms. Any use of our services to promote illegal, harmful, misleading, or prohibited content is strictly prohibited.
4. Deposits & Wallet Balance
All funds added to a user account are stored as platform credit and may be used exclusively for purchasing services available on SMMDecent.co.
You can deposit funds and place orders 24/7 at any time, as our system operates fully automatically. There is no need to worry about holidays or special events. In case of any important updates or service interruptions, notifications will be shared on the Updates page or through our official groups.
Please ensure that your deposited funds are utilized within 60 days. You may add additional funds at any time to continue using our services.
Furthermore, deposited funds remain valid for 60 days along with an additional 30-day grace period. After 90 days from the date of your last deposit transaction, any unused balance will be automatically reset to 0.00 by the system. This action is irreversible, and SMMDecent.co will not be held responsible for any expired funds. Therefore, we kindly request users to manage and use their balance within the validity period to avoid any inconvenience.
Deposited funds are non-withdrawable and non-transferable. They cannot be refunded to the original payment method or converted into cash, digital wallets, or any external payment system.
By adding funds, the user acknowledges that the balance is intended solely for service usage within the platform and agrees that all deposits are final.
5. Orders & Delivery
Service delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, technical factors, or third-party platform changes. While we aim to provide timely delivery, no fixed delivery time is guaranteed.
Orders in processing cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delays alone.
6. Pricing Policy
Prices for services may be updated at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and processed.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Completed or processing orders
- Incorrect order details submitted by the user
- Private, restricted, or deleted accounts/posts
- Non-accessible links or content
- Wallet balances or deposited funds
Users are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate and that content remains accessible during service delivery.
8. Account Responsibility & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security.
SMMDecent.co is not responsible for unauthorized access or account compromise resulting from user negligence or weak security practices.
9. User Conduct
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and cancel orders in cases of fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, high-risk, and especially gambling-related content or activities.
Users are strictly prohibited from using our services to promote, support, advertise, distribute, boost, or increase engagement for any content, account, website, channel, page, post, video, or campaign involving the following:

• Gambling, betting, casino, online casino, sports betting, lottery, prediction games, gambling tips, gambling communities, gambling affiliate links, referral links, or gambling-related promotions.

• Any direct or indirect promotion of gambling brands, gambling websites, betting platforms, gambling groups, gambling livestreams, gambling advertisements, gambling influencers, or gambling-related communities.
• Any content attempting to disguise gambling activities as entertainment, investment, gaming, rewards, lucky draw, prediction, signal groups, bonus programs, or promotional campaigns.
• Any gambling-related content that violates Vietnamese law, international law, payment provider rules, third-party platform policies, public order, morality, or our internal compliance standards.

• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, financial deception, or misleading business activities.
• Illegal activities, criminal organizations, terrorism, human trafficking, child exploitation, or abuse.
• Drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, money laundering, or other unlawful products or services.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, extremist content, or harmful behavior.
• Pornographic, sexually exploitative, obscene, or unlawful adult content.
• Copyright, trademark, piracy, counterfeit products, or intellectual property violations.
• Hacking, malware, unauthorized access, data theft, credential theft, cyber abuse, or security-related abuse.
• Political manipulation, election interference, misinformation, propaganda, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
🛑 Enforcement
We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel, suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently ban any order, account, transaction, or service that we believe may be related to gambling, betting, illegal activity, or any prohibited content listed above.
Orders, deposits, balances, or accounts connected to gambling-related or prohibited activities may be canceled, restricted, or terminated without refund, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational impact.
12. Service Responsibility
Our responsibility is limited to the delivery of services as described on the platform. We are not responsible for outcomes beyond service completion or for any external third-party interactions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
